I traded HK shares via UOBKH, but I think many Local brokerage houses should be able to do that. For UOBKH , Prices are in real time if you subsribe it. I Also traded HK shares from HK directly. As to how to transfer, there will be circular/ instructions given by them later .... should not be a problem at all.

nvr traded in HK excahnge before. can tell me more how the share is transfered to HK stock exchange and how we can view the share (like in CDP)? when we buy and sell and if there is rights, is it still the same as that in SGX?

To bet on CNDT is nothing more than to bet on the 60% share holder China Development Bank, its capabilities, "faces" and the urbanization policy supports from the government. The current share seem to show that people are looking beyong the delisting and prepare to trade it in HKEX. It is fairly unlikely for the funds to go against the majority share holder plans just for the sake to trade the shares in singapore !
Holding CNDT shares in HKD is definately better than in SGD as HKD is peg to USD. Vested DYODD. |

Blame it on increased operational cost. China New Town Development recorded revenue of RMB58.37m ($12.04m) in 3Q from fixed-income investments in new town projects, mainly including those from Nanjing Two Bridges Project, Danyang Flood Discharge PPP Project, Danyang Xinmeng River Project, and Yangzhou Airport New Town Project, and accumulated investment gain of RMB3.56m ($0.73m). The accumulated investment gain has been received till the end of September 30 2016, by CDBC New Town (Beijing) Asset Management Company Limited, a junior-tranche limited partner of CDB-BOCOMM New-type Urbanization Development Fund. During the quarter, the group recorded revenue of RMB21.86m ($4.51m) related to land development, basically flat with the same period of 2015. This was due to the facilities fee earned at the Shanghai Golden Luodian project. In the third quarter of 2016, other income decreased by RMB8.90m ($1.84m) as compared with the same period of 2015, which was mainly attributable to reduction in interest income from bank deposits, foreign exchange gain, and reversal of bad debt provision as compared with the same period of last year. During the period, the group recorded RMB29.1m ($6m) cost of development of land. This was due to the corresponding cost of the facilities fee including cost to rectify certain facilities for the western part of the Shanghai Golden Luodian project. In the third quarter of 2016, selling and administrative costs increased by RMB0.424m ($0.09m) as compared with the same period of 2015, which was mainly attributable to increase of selling and administrative costs in relation to CDB New Town Changchun Development Company Limited and CDB Modern Agriculture Investment Management (Beijing) Company Limited. During the period, the Group incurred net finance costs of RMB23.84m ($4.92m), including the interest expense of RMB4.89m ($1.01m) on bank and other borrowings and interest expense of RMB18.95m ($3.91m) on senior guaranteed notes. This represented an increase of RMB1.05m ($0.22m) from the net finance costs in the same period of 2015, primarily due to the additional interest expenses arising from bank and other borrowings as compared with the same period of last year. During the quarter, other expenses increased by RMB4.24m ($0.87m) as compared with the same period of 2015, which was mainly attributable to an increase in the fair value loss on financial assets. In the third quarter of 2016, the Company recorded income tax of RMB1.14m (S0.24m) which was attributable to the profit from fixed-income investment projects. That depends on how many shares are surrendered and cash out (shares will be writen off if cash out) and how many are transfered to hkex for trading..I think they explained quite clearly in their announcement for different scenarios.
they will make private placement in the event that the floats does not meet HKEX requirement. Dyodd

The offer of 7¢ is first and final as they have mentioned (I tend to believe).
they is no good reason for them to re-offer as the scheme already offer us an alternative to trade in Hkex which is also conveniently traded with our local broker. So if it fall out, It is viewed as the minorities do not support the company plans, as such I think the price will dip ( an opportunity to buy instead). However If the scheme go through , then the sky is clear, CNDT share price will eventually reflect it intrinsic value in long run. Vested DYODD.

I was thinking maybe some investors do not want it to be delisted, so buy a lot even if it is above 7cent to vote against.why the share price will fall if the   scheme fall out since you mentioned CNTD may worth more than 7cent?

People buying above 7¢ have to believe in at least these two things
1) the delisting scheme will get through. 2) CNTD worth more than 7 ¢ . In the event that the scheme fall out (which is highly unlikely given the reputation of CDB), I think the share price will fall to below 7¢ ! For retailers like us, it is better to support the scheme and trade the shares via hk Ex through our local brokers. Another plus point to hold shares in HKD than SGD is HKD is peg to USD, it is expected to be strengthen in near or even long term. Vested DYODD |
