Like all HK IPO, first day should be a bang, especially given the Everbright name. I will be out of this stock by then. Bought in @ 0.485 and 0.49. Just trading the volume.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Yup that is correct you will be referring to the serious big boys. TBH, those big boys would have taken in the shares long before this period of Dual Listing. Imagine I had wanted to believe in this story and was vested since 1 year ago. The price then was 30 - 40 cents. I believe there are also those big boys or funds who will buy into SG now especially if the disparity of price is huge compared to HK. But we need to take not, price disparity is based on current, no one knows what will happen in a month or 2 down the road. That is why there will always be the arbitrage premium.  I am sure there are those in this forum who have opt to transfer shares to HK in the 1st batch, I hope it is in time for 1st day list. Like i mention, the worst scenario is seeing the price run up and then come down while the shares are still not free. Best scenrio of course if price keep running. But I prefer to have all my cards on hand rather than hope. Haha!

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Leaving the issue of shares in transit alone and the contra players wouldn't the more serious investors buy from here if the price disparity is big enough? After all if the global offering can be priced at said $0.60 wouldn't those same guys who got the shares at the global placement IPO price also want to buy here since they are already forking out more there? This will only benefit those long term players or big boys who intend to hold shares that trade both SG and HKEx.  Hence both prices will not be exact. I.e HK really prices it really high, it will lure Buyers in SG to get it and transfer. I just hope that when the shares are free to sell there the party is still on. Worst scenario is while shares are transit, you can do anything.So it comes back to those who plan to hold long and have shares both market.
