x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I believe your time frame is realistic.   There are a few events that might take place within a year: - the completion of the asset sale - another asset sale (thought the mgmt mentioned something about that)? -  FDA approval for marketing and sale but this one might be longer than one year. - quarterly results with sale agreement with Medtronics. - return of SSH shares ie cleaning up the " infested" area or more borrowing!!! So the completion of the asset sale is the most important event since it should mean less reliance on infested money and a big boost to company cashflow.   And if the company still borrow infested money, they can all turn it into hell note and used them where they deserved!   GuavaXF30      ( Date: 04-Aug-2017 09:13) Posted: Not likely to happen this month. Highest was after listing at $0.56 or so.  What I am saying is, it is very cheap to get involved now. If you park $1 k in this, you may possibly loss that $1 k. But if it may also go the way of Biosensor and earn you a lot more times that $1k. But not for short play. Buy. Lock in drawer. Look at it again in a year. This a recent history lesson from Biosensors International which was taken over and delisted in 2015 (?). Back in 2014, when the share prices plunged, even Mortley Fool warned against buying in. But those who held on were well-rewarded when the privatisation came. I was one of those who sold too early and have been kicking myself since. And guess what? They are in heart stent too

After that, if successful, it will be privatised. By then GEM and other major holders will have so much stocks, you have to choice but to allow them to delist. But you should still make quite a decent return
