x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I wasn' t trading 5 years ago so I don' t know exactly what happened except for digging at old news.. but near term wise, what I see is it was trading at above $2 before Feb correction since then it has reported good FY result, give nice dividend, interest rate up (good for property market), singapore property boom, and overall global market bullish again... at the current price of 1.82, I see some upsides. That' s my 5 cents of thought
