x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Those who short-sell in large quantity should be made to declare to SGX and in turn announce to the public. SGX should also check these short-sellers to prevent manipulation of shares, if any. After all, these short-sellers don't even own the shares. Why allow them to sell down shares and badly affect those true investors who own the shares?
