Thanks for the link. I never knew there was a validity period for Format' s former owner to sell their shares and Dutech would make up the difference from the guaranteed pre-agreed sum. That was very useful info! and as a recent investor, i would have never dug up information as far back as 2011! [vested]

Really a gem in the rough! I don't think the markets really realised the potential of this high quality growth stock. Glad to accumulate more before it starts getting more coverage and starts to fly BIG TIME!!!

Dutech 2H 2016 revenue up by 13.5% while profit went up by 23.6%! Gross margin also increased by 2.5%. Really good and undervalued company with a PE of less than 7 as compared to many other overvalued companies.
