x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I cant find a particular report for the breakout in Loyz energy. Contrary to what is being said the loyz-Primeline RTO would have benefited much more for Loyz.  At the time of cancellation Primeline' s largest sharholders were not willing to accept the price loyz was at, which was equal to .37 CDN.  What does that tell you.  They wont even do a deal there and now the stock is .30 cents CDN.  The most undervalued energy name on the market. Primeline is a much bigger outfit, more cash flows, more production, more big money behind them (billion dollar fund GEMS)  Victor Hwang and Fidelity own 80% of the company and would not be sellers of the newly formed entity.  Loyz was unfairly sold off and now Primeline is even more so. Dr. Ming Wang, chief executive officer, commented: " We have undertaken constructive and comprehensive discussions with Loyz over the past year and remain hopeful of reaching an agreement with them to work together in future. Both sides see the merits and potential of their respective asset positions.   Primeline Energy Ticker : PEH &ndash TSXV   US: PMEHF - $1.20 target   For the purposes of our valuation, we take into account PEH&rsquo s 49% share of production, costs and profits which now includes the 12.25% interest previously held by PEH&rsquo s partner PPC, increasing the asset base by one-third. In addition, CNOOC already holds a 51% stake in the LS36-1 Gas Field, and has the right to back in to a WI of up to 51% in any other commercial development in the remainder of Blocks 25/34 and 33/07, by paying pro-rata development costs. We therefore assume 49% equity in any commercial development on both blocks for PEH. We take the opportunity of this note to roll forward our DCF discounted to 1 January 2016. We have included into our valuation the LS23-1 exploration well which has already started drilling in September, and we anticipate PEH to drill its biggest prospect, the LS 30-3, targeting 44.7bcf of gross risked resources within the next 6 months.
