haha...went thru two backsides....that' s why so smelly.....

Why Nasdaq rejected Yuuzoo?   I thought Mr Z said, if they list in Nasdaq, they will be just one of the 500 SM coy there?   Is he lying?   Can Mr Z pls clarify this point?   Can sue him if poeple buy into Yuuzoo no knowing material information that Yuuzoo should have disclosed?

Is SGX even aware of the reason why Nasdaq rejected Yuuzoo listing?   It shouldn' t be difficult to find out right?   SGX sleeping or delibrately close one eye to earn fees?   Can people who buy into Yuuzoo also sue SGX?

Take a look at the yuuzoo apps from playstore, most of them are not popular at all, 100 downloads is considered good.

since when snapchat claimed that they have billion of users when they had only 1000 users.

The ipo price was high because they had a billion real users.

Why yuuzoo likes to compare with facebook, snapchat, .. etc.

All that I have been saying was the truth and if really want to sue me I have proof that I am indeed once an investor from my CDP records. I also did post before on their Yuuinvestor network but I believed they have since removed many of the users' comments. If saying my heartfelt feelings from an investor' s point of view can result in me being sued, then this zoo really very free. lol

Frankly, to sue the FC is actually a waste of time and money.   Unless the FC is super loaded, he won' t pay for damages but will declare broke.   In the end much time (normally few years) will be wasted and in the end the purpose for the suit, will taper off with little benefit to Yuuzoo.   Of course the FC will also be facing severe pressure on his finances as he is an individual, unlike Iceberg which is an anonymous group which knows how to play ninja turtle.   Lol.

 Alert Admin 		Somehow, I think they will sue FC. They are using shareholders money to sure, no pain at all. FC salaryman how to fight with multimillion $ company, later bankrupt lose savings, losecar, lose house, if suay suay also lose family also. FC might think not worth the risk leh, better make apology and case closed. If he got balls and money to throw then the show begins. Camping here to see what the police report and law suit announcement is about. Waiting for part 2.

i dont think yuuzoo will sue their former FC.
If sue, lots of details of company dealings will be revealed (the insides of the insides) when FC defends himself. FC knows the structure well.
