Alsim55, Much appreciated your feedbacks.  Very constructive too. Only lately I am impressed by Oxley' s performance particularly FY2021 and Fy2022.  To be able to achieve a revenue of $1.3B during the covid year and perhaps another $2.7B for FY2022 is really impressive that even the highly branded CDL and many of similar class of developers can not achieved.  The properties by Oxley' s are by no means cheap, some as expensive as those launched by CDL and All Green. The litigation cases are a 50-50 win-lose, and overall cost is not high and actually quite negligible. We tend to see its weaknesses and sometimes ignores its strengths.  It is also easy to highlight a particular issue like why this propert took so long to sell. Likewise we can easily highlight some cases on the highly rated developers too if we so delved into.  It is also true that if we like the counter, we tend to overlook or ignore the bad side of it too.    I hv been visiting property launches very often lately and it is easy to note their quality of works. Given the info I hv so far, I am confident that Oxley is worth much more than its present price.

i believe oxley and a handful of others have gearing over 1x. most of the bigger dev at < 1 ... companies like bukit sembawang etc. assets > liabilities.  oxley projects, in my opinion, not as successful as you make it out to be. just do some research on oxley rise for example. the commercial space remained unsold for v long. they were looking for tenant for v v long, now they finally filled up recently.  how about chevron house in which oxley had to guarantee rental yield in escrow just to secure a buyer? oxley could have easily made much more by developing the land in sydney, unless time wasnt on their side and they just need to clear to raise some cash? and what about the HK firm that oxley raised cash through at the start of the year? even their AGM report (released today) says for the 2 pending litigation cases they have, they havent taken any charges into consideration. either too optimistic, or cant afford to show. this doesnt even take into consideration the other litigation they are facing. they are always slow to give updates on negative news, but positive news mr ching will spit out almost immediately.

Oxley getting ready....BUY WHEN IT IS A LAGGING IN PRICES NOW.....Do your own due diligence.
.......Oxley expects the deal to have a material impact on its expected earnings per share for the financial year ending June 30, 2022. Executive chairman and chief executive Ching Chiat Kwong said the move will unlock shareholder value and is in the best interests of shareholders. |

Of course many were disappointed that Oxleys revenue of $1.3B makes a meagre profits of $13m.  This is just suspiciously 1% profits and it do not makes any sense.  It is very clear that Oxleys makes tons of profits, perhaps it is being re-invested into other areas.
Let us hope for a more transaprent financial reports this coming quarters.
Good for long term investment.

Can you name another  developer that clocked so hgh mileage for Y2021/2022 ????????????????
https://www.theedgesingapore.com/news/company-news/oxleys-singapore-projects-largely-sold-approaching-completion
Oxley Holdings  announced that as at  August 8, 2021, approximately 91% of its Singapore residential units has been sold, representing 87% of the total GDV or approximately $4.3 billion. The Group&rsquo s effective stake of secured sales amount to approximately $2.6 billion while future progress billings from the sold units amount to approximately $1.7 billion.
The Verandah Residences is the fourth of the Group&rsquo s ten residential development projects in Singapore to achieve TOP, closely following the heels of The Addition, Sea Pavilion Residences and Sixteen35 Residences. The remaining projects are expected to obtain TOP progressively in 2022 and 2023.
Overseas, Oxley&rsquo s residential development in Dublin Landings comprising 298 apartments was fully completed in June 2021. Seven out of the eight residential blocks have been sold and handed over to the buyer, Greystar. Sale of the remaining block to Dublin City Council is underway and expected to be completed during 3Q2021. The balance of the sales proceeds (except for a retention sum) is expected to be received by end of 3Q2021.

roperty developer Oxley Holdings has obtained Temporary Occupation Permits (TOP) for two more residential development projects in Singapore&mdash Sea Pavilion Residences and Sixteen35 Residences&mdash last month.
Situated at 494 Upper East Coast Road,  Sea Pavilion Residences  is a five-storey boutique condominium featuring 24 apartment units. The freehold project is fully sold and has a gross development value (GDV) of $33 million.
Facilities at the development include a swimming pool, basement parking and sky garden.
Meanwhile,  Sixteen35 Residences, which is located at 16 Geylang Lorong 35, is an institutional  mixed-use development project. The 99-year leasehold project is also fully sold and has a GDV of $56 million.
Facilities offered include a gym, outdoor fitness corner, swimming pool and car parking lots.
&ldquo As of today, three out of the Group&rsquo s ten residential development projects in Singapore have obtained TOP,&rdquo said Oxley in an SGX filing on Tuesday (27 July).
It noted that private condominium The Addition was the first to obtain TOP on 21 April 2020. Located near Potong Pasir MRT Station, the project is now fully completed, it said.
