Anyway, 1.08 seems a good px n is a lot of $$$ involved.  How  does the purchaser intend to pay for the shares (it' s not indicated?).

Wow.. tonylim70      ( Date: 05-Oct-2018 19:08) Posted: wow... majority shareholders selling their shares... hmm... must be taking profit when share price is high...   The Board of Directors of Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd (the " Company" ) wishes to announce that it has received notification from Lim Tiam Seng, Lim Tiang Chuan, Lim Tian Back, Lim Sock Joo, Lim Tian Moh, Dawn Lim Sock Kiang and Kwek Lee Keow (collectively the " Shareholders" ) that they have on 5 October 2018 entered into a sale and purchase agreement (" Agreement" ) with Celine Tang, whereby the Shareholders will sell an aggregate of 186,105,000 shares (" Sale Shares" ) in the capital of the Company at the price of S$1.08 per Sale Share. The Sale Shares represent approximately 29.73% of the total issued shares (excluding treasury shares) in the capital of the Company. Completion of the Agreement is expected to be on or before 9 October 2018. The breakdown of the Sale Shares sold by the Shareholders is set out below: Name of Shareholder Number of Sale Shares 1.
