x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Looking thru KW report: NAV 0.16 so price now is undervalued and KTIS price is  THB  5.15 today.  Our Group&rsquo s finan­ cial posi­ tion as at  31  March  2021  remained sound with cash and cash equiv­ a­ lents recorded at $11.1  mil­ lion (FY2020  : $8.2  mil­ lion) and a net debt-​ equity ratio of  38.3% (FY2020  :  47.9%). As at  31  March  2021, the Group&rsquo s net assets stood at $59.1  mil­ lion (FY2020  : $55.7  mil­ lion), trans­ lat­ ing into a net asset value of  16.9  cents (FY2020  :  16.0  cents) per share. The increase in net assets was a result of an increase in Group&rsquo s invest­ ment in Kaset Thai Inter­ na­ tional Sugar Cor­ po­ ra­ tion Pub­ lic Com­ pany Lim­ ited (&ldquo KTIS&rdquo ) listed on Thai­ land Stock Exchange, car­ ried at fair value through other com­ pre­ hen­ sive income. The share price of the  KTIS  shares held by the Group had increased to  THB  3.92  per share as at  31  March  2021  com­ pared with  THB  2.88  as at  31  March  2020.
