I have bought Serrano at 0.003, 0.013 and 0.002 and have sold all of it at 0.068. Better idea to sell as the shareholders may not approve the share sale at 0.002 to the angel investor. Especially now the share value is 0.053. The invester invested only $8million, if the approval get thru, he will be richer by $200million plus(share value). And lastly, the creditors will be issued new shares and further dilute the shares. Thus, this will create downward pressure to share value... A better bet will be Swee Hong(tunnelling company), which already turn around and became profitable following similar restructuring. And have an order book of SGD100 million. With current price of 0.015(nett asset 0.019), it is definitely a buy. But check it out at sgx disclosure...if you have any finding, please share as well. |
