Now there are new possbililties and develoment.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Nam Cheong just updated their results to reflect the capital reduction.   Aiyo,   cannot even do their account properly how to run a business?   When Nam Cheong announced the capital reduction. it probably wanted to do a right issue to raise fund.   A bit abrupt that it did a 360 to write off assets and suspend trading.   With DBS taking money out of NC pledged account to repay noteholder, I think it is to lay the path to something.   To   whose advantages this act is trying to acheive, the bankers obviously. sheerluck      ( Date: 16-Aug-2017 00:11) Posted: I tot NC Q2 should reflect the capital reduction?

Banker :   ...   DBS has alot of ICU patients to takecare of this round from Swiber to Ezion... DBS facing huge O& G debts exposure! and how many can DBS continue to lend lifelines..? This one is purely depending on oil price play if oil can move up within near future ...if situation not improving , eventually Kepcorp & Partners have to face reality and debt restructuring is immenent. Last quarter NC boosted a current asset of RM$3.5bil and current liabilities of  RM$1.9bil   with NAV of RM$1.3bil.   This quarter NC reported a current asset of RM$1.3bil and current liabilities of  RM$2.4bil   with negative NAV of RM$0.7bil. One quarter is all it takes.
