on 20th Nov the directors of HMI have increased their shareholdings by buying a total of 1.2 million shares (by Dr Gan and Dr Chin). Further the company have bought on 7th Jan 100k shares at 0.33, 18th Jan 150K at 0.31 and 21st Jan at 0.30 thereby increasing the treasury shares . Basically taking into account the directirs buying and the company buying, there are not much shares changing hand. |

What is the target price u think? Since 2014 0.30 till today also 0.30, two years already the price not much movement... And their financial report currency in RM, n ringgit keep falling.. The director just buy back 100,000 shares, ermmmm so little only (

latest announcement by HMI. One of the director increases his shares from 16,288,602 (2.82%) to 16,388,602 (2.83 %). He acquired from open market at 0.30 cents. |

good to accumulate as hmi is a profitable company. It is recession proof too. If you add up the total change hand for the pass 2 weeks , it is less than 2 million shares. |

Don' t worry. Hmi is a defensive and recession proof stock. Total stock of hmi is about 577 million shares. The 250,000 changed hands are weak holders and hmi is a profitable company for the past 3 years (2013, 2014, and 2015). Total capitalisation is less than 200 million sing dollars . So don' t worry be happy. |
