I think it use to act as an investment holding company ... for abl grp which is into minerals..like gold , oil etc but thats history as it has since exited..after that "saga"..
It also have stake/subsidiaries like chaswood resources which in business in restaurants and f&b...like tgif, italiannies, bulgogi brothers.. Now its trading at near its enterprise value..as it has hike off/took provision on all the loss making investment in the abl group.. Its waiting to be resurrected and latest business into childcare,preschool..etc Its a trading and speculative stock..like isr which it use to own stake in.. They sold off isr and now isr fly high.. In its heyday it use to have mkt cap in billions.. Now its mkt cap is around $5m only..at this price i suppose its already low...And fully priced in... Its waiting for a ressurection... Ps.this is not an inducement to buy..trade at own risk.. |

Attilan seems like a good to "watch"..it use to own stakes in isr cap..
isr has rebounded...so next could be attilan? Its been cleaning up its books ..and can easily rto or inject new biz if found a white knight.. now its mkt cap only around $5mil..it can be takeover cheaply..or cannibalised..via sale of non core subsidiaries.. Yet its purely for speculative or trading purpose.. It still has 2-3 years to regularised its status.. Ps.This is not an inducement to buy.trade at own risk.. |
