Nice run..... Waiting to break $1 in due course. EPS very strong 4.3c. its financials are very strong.

Hopefully more sustainable this round after a period of consolidation from Oct to Jan and re-accumulation by BB in the last few weeks. The selling from October to December last was really thin. Volume was very very thin. Bulk of the stock from 50c to 70c looks like accumulated and warehoused in anticipation of the dividend or maybe accumulation.

Was looking at the powerpoint they just issued. Believed OneMarina should have started selling their memberships in the US. That' s $25k per pop with a target to sell 2000 memberships. Not unreasonable if they have pay as you go plans in New York. They should collect a large bunch of cash if there' s a repeat of what they did in Singapore way back in the mid 2000s. Management seems very silent in the memberships sales period etc. Nothing written about it in the result summary and future.

That' s probably one of the reasons why   keep seeing big buy ups in the last few weeks... same pattern as in Aug-Oct. Still collecting....

at PE ratio 13x... does not look so demanding now. I strongly beleive it' s a $1 stock once they sell out their memberships in the US. The other marinas are just bonus when they start coming on stream in 2018 onwards.

starting to break 60c after consolidating in the 50c plus. 

Looking forward to the next leg up.....

Donold trump.... less people go to trump tower.... more people buy One@marina New York membership?? 

They should be starting to sell the memberships as of January 2017.

Went back to check the price..... Yes F1. It' s at 12.5c" . Achieva issued i think 350m+ shares to SUTL Global at 6.1c. 

Arthur Tay' s deemed average cost : (12.5cX 121m + 6.15c X 341m) /461m = 7.8 cents. Post consolidation, his cost is 78c.

SGGuy. this counter   previously had a capitalisation of 800m shares after one@marina or SUTL marina was injected into Achieva   and renamed SUTL enterprise. Achieva issued 300+ million new shares @ 6.1 to 6.5c for the acqusition of one@marina. Can' t remember the exact price of shares issued. That was almost 2 years ago. Then late last year, they made an announcement to consolidate the shares 10:1 which created quite a bit of panic leading to shareholders selling out at 4c-5c. the 10:1 consolidation resulted in 848m shares consolidated to now 84.8m share float.

At today' s 72c closing, currently, thats equivalent to 7.2c pre-consolidation.  To give some perspective SUTL Group controlled Achieva with a buy out in 2009 or 2010 at a much higher price of about 9-13cents if I recall correctly so their cost price should be about 70-80c post consolidation.

I dare say with all the coming projects, and a high investment cost structure of 70-80c, for SUTL   holdings to recover their investment, a price premium would need to be justified over a period of time. This is probably a slow boat over several month but it should look interesting if they need to capitalise the SUTL enterprise   after potentially using their cash horde to fund their 60% investment obligation in Putri Harbour with UEM and further funds to fund their regional and global expansion of the marinas.

The PnL looks healthy and i think they should do very well in 2017/18 so as usualy, pricing in 9 months ahead.

Huat Ah! must have holding power for this counter... not for the faint hearted
