Last year result was out on 26 Oct ' 21. To date dividend of 0.09 cts per quarter was distributed. If same amount of dividend is distributed for the next 2 quarters the full year dividend would 0.36 cts. Against corrent price of 3.4 cts the dividend yield for the year is 10.2% Vested. Am picking up for the dividends. |

Doesnt really matter on the result, so long got give dividend, company still doing good ba. Some company even doing well also never give dividend...

Some serious selling of Lippo Malls going on, with the price touching $0.034. Tokyo Century Corporation had purchased 874,912,770 units from Bridgewater International Ltd on 30th Nov 2021 at $0.077 per unit. That&rsquo s a loss of almost 56% from their purchase price in less than a year! |

Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust removed from Benchmark Index
Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust has been removed as one of the constituents from the FTSE Group&rsquo s Benchmark Index during its review in September.
The Benchmark Index is relevant to the determination of the performance fee that may be paid to Starhill Global REIT&rsquo s manager under the trust deed constituting Starhill Global REIT dated Aug 8, 2005.
Other changes to the index include the merging of Mapletree Commercial Trust (MCT) and Mapletree North Asia Trust (MNACT), which is now known as Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (MPACT).
The rest of the constituents remain unchanged.
