x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	2.92 : 2.93 now. Market is very weak. If close at 2.92 today, and Ah Dow lao sai tonight, we could even see 2.90 or lower tomo. I am only crystal balling based on weak price action today. Still waiting for 2.92 to be done for my Q lots. If done, I would have spent all my money in one day. Hasn&rsquo t happened in a while. General Wave has promised us food and entertainment on board Superstar Ascendas. Happy Massage have to find ownself.

x 0   x 1  Alert Admin	All REITs had a good run last 10 weeks. That' s why all of them are coming down now. There is a name for this phenomenon. It is called a pullback. Not pooboar. When the pullback ends, she will resume her uptrend. Where the pullback will end is a mystery and which is what makes this game exciting and thrilling. When the uptrend resumes, it wont really matter whether you bought at 2.99 or 2.94 or 2.92.  What matters is whether you bought at all.

Profit taking by short term players will result in a pullback. Pullbacks are healthy. It allows fresh entrants to buy to provide fuel for the price to go higher. When a stock is on an uptrend, pullbacks are buying opportunities. Pullbacks are welcomed. If there is no pullback, how can people buy lower? What is needed is an understanding of how the market works and beyond that, balls to buy. I am jio-ing you all to buy into this pullback. Whether to buy aggressively or cautiously...this one, own time own target carry on. Whichever method you choose, so long as you did buy, in the weeks ahead, you will have something to sell when she is higher. What is not good is not if you choose to buy aggressively or if you choose to buy slowly. What is no good is if you overthink and failed to buy at all. All the best, guys.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Buy some. Keep some bullets to average down. Jan is Dividend Run month. Results usually on last week of Jan or 1st week of Feb. Dividend is more than 7 cts but less than 8 cts. XD is 5 trading days after Results Day. Peak is reached sometimes before Results Day or after results and dividends announced. But by the time we come to XD, the price would have retreated by more than the dividends if we count from the pre-XD peak. So yes, can buy on dips and we have a whole month of yo-yo to play.

If prefer to wait for 2.94/2.95, that' s up to you. But if she no want to go there, then too bad. Dont overthink. It leads to paralysis. Roll the dice and hit the button with money you do not need for 1 year. Within the next 3 months, you will get a profit window to get out.  All the best, guys.
