4Cents divident declared 50% yield!!!

SGGuy. this counter previously had a capitalisation of 800m shares after one@marina or SUTL marina was injected into Achieva and renamed SUTL enterprise. Achieva issued 300+ million new shares @ 6.1 to 6.5c for the acqusition of one@marina. Can' t remember the exact price of shares issued. That was almost 2 years ago. Then late last year, they made an announcement to consolidate the shares 10:1 which created quite a bit of panic leading to shareholders selling out at 4c-5c. the 10:1 consolidation resulted in 848m shares consolidated to now 84.8m share float. At today' s 72c closing, currently, thats equivalent to 7.2c pre-consolidation. To give some perspective SUTL Group controlled Achieva with a buy out in 2009 or 2010 at a much higher price of about 9-13cents if I recall correctly so their cost price should be about 70-80c post consolidation. I dare say with all the coming projects, and a high investment cost structure of 70-80c, for SUTL holdings to recover their investment, a price premium would need to be justified over a period of time. This is probably a slow boat over several month but it should look interesting if they need to capitalise the SUTL enterprise after potentially using their cash horde to fund their 60% investment obligation in Putri Harbour with UEM and further funds to fund their regional and global expansion of the marinas. The PnL looks healthy and i think they should do very well in 2017/18 so as usualy, pricing in 9 months ahead. Huat Ah! must have holding power for this counter... not for the faint hearted

Yes.....run up seems to point to a very good year next year with marinas opening up but hopefully there is some corporate action to be announced soon.

isn' t this another classic case of imperfect market in the SG market? only the insiders and a closed circle of people are " in the know" else why would volume pick up suddenly since mid Aug? wouldn' t be surprised if some major announcement is released soon. |

19 cent increase in about 19 trading days. creeping towards SUTL' s purchase price of 61.5c post 10:1 consolidation last year. Hope to have a winner in the coming months! |

Ltd. for S$21 million Acquisitions mark move into a new viable core business, with a view to improving the Group&rsquo s future financial performance and prospects Proposes a name change to &ldquo SUTL Enterprise Limited&rdquo as the Company will become a subsidiary of SUTL Global Pte. Ltd. upon completion of the acquisitions SINGAPORE &ndash 11 May 2015 &ndash Mainboard-listed Achieva Limited (&ldquo Achieva&rdquo , together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ), is seeking its shareholders&rsquo (&ldquo Shareholders&rdquo ) approval to diversify into the marina and yacht chartering business with the proposed acquisition (&ldquo Proposed Acquisition&rdquo ) of two wholly-owned subsidiaries of SUTL Global Pte. Ltd. (&ldquo SUTL Global&rdquo ) for an aggregate purchase consideration of S$21.0 million (&ldquo Purchase Consideration&rdquo ). Achieva is also proposing a name change to &ldquo SUTL Enterprise Limited&rdquo upon completion of the Proposed Acquisition (&ldquo Proposed Change of Name&rdquo ). Calling it a strategic move to transform the Group&rsquo s business, Mr Arthur Tay, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Achieva, said: &ldquo We believe that this new business direction will pave the way for Achieva to pursue sustainable growth through the acquisition of a new viable core business which has the potential to improve the Group&rsquo s overall financial performance and prospects going forward.&rdquo The TargetCos First announced in August last year, the Proposed Acquisition involves the acquisition of two companies, namely SUTL Marina Development Pte. Ltd. (&ldquo SUTL Marina&rdquo ) which operates the ONE° 15 Marina Club located at Sentosa Cove, and One15 Luxury Yachting Pte. Ltd. (&ldquo One15 Luxury Yachting&rdquo , together with SUTL Marina, the &ldquo TargetCos&rdquo ), which operates yacht chartering services at the ONE° 15 Marina Club. The Purchase Consideration for the Proposed Acquisition will be fully satisfied by the allotment and issuance of approximately 341.46 million new ordinary shares in the issued share capital of Achieva at an issue price of S$0.0615 for each share. The TargetCos are profitable companies with strong operating track records that are expected to contribute positively to the Group&rsquo s revenue and profits. Was reading the Annual report. Chairman spoke about the injection of asset but subjected to EGM.....so am sure AGM going to be interesting with lots of people asking about it. But they still look to be very safe about it. Not sure if Arthur Tay will really do it ie inject the asset or just talk only to placate miniority shareholders. Announced in August but not even on the agenda of the AGM resolution so maybe just talk again....We' ll see. Otherwise, think miniority shareholders should start asking for dividend payouts. IN anycase, if the above comes out to the otherwise......... certainly will be next penny stock to be goreng lol
