The estimated breakeven is 2 years from opening. Assuming CQ & SH Raffles is as well managed as Singapore Raffles, then technically this counter should be trading above S$3/?

I rather the management did not issue any scip dividends to be converted at S$0.76 when the share was trading above S$0.90. I think that was what caused the counter to tank.

My opinion is there is too many KNS in the market who wants a quick small profit. So they buy to watch it goes up and sell immediately for that few dollars profit but somestimes, they are caught with share not going up as they hope and they start dumping liked lost sheep to cut bigger losses so the share just go no direction up and down and down and up and up and down and down and up ,,,,,,,,,,

good to accumulate at current price. Profitable company and the 2 hospital in china in ready and operating now. Buy you regret once (regret buying small quantity). Dont buy regret forever ( did not buy regret for not making money). I am vested and will be continue accumulating. |

Additional info - recent Spore annouce exemption of 2 wks quarantine for Brunei in particular will benefit RM greatly. RM has many chronic clients and repeated expat clients from Brunei. Bruneirians enjoy free medical treatments fr local hos but many rich & expats still prefer to come here. Why? medical issues from dental, heart, nasal, respiratory etc all free fr local Brunei hospital but they still prfer come here. Service is an issue. Even private run clinic is better service w better care & due diligence than their govt hos. Due to shortage of facilities & lack certification set by their local health ministry to perform certain duties, many brunei private specialist clinics still refer patients to Singapore, esp RH w excellent doc expertise, facilities n hos beds when required etc. | ||||

At current price is good to accumulate as downside is extremely low and upside is good. Do take note as covid 19 take a back stage, the 2 hospital in china will grow its business. If you miss this opportunity, it may take a long long time to have another opportunity. |
