Tritech had won approx 28mil of contracts in 2014 (3mths) compared agt 14mil of contracts for 2013 full year It does look like it will win more contracts from LTA (Thomson Line) since winning Safety awards from LTA in late 2013 |

I said 0.25 is only the ave. cost now... it was heading to that direction of close to 29/30 since last month, if not only the market was dampened when DOW drops 300pts, Russia Orders Troop Maneuvers Amid Ukraine Tensions & to a lesser extent the missing of MH370 Flight Incident. it shld test 0.265cts (pre-split px 0.53cts) first, before heading to 29/30.

AWARD OF S$6.68 MILLION PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES CONTRACTThe Board of Directors of Tritech Group Limited (the " Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the " Group" ) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tritech Consultants Pte Ltd (" Tritech Consultants" ), has been awarded a S$6.68 million contract " Professional Design Services Agreement - Contract T209 Design for Lentor Station and Associated Temporary Work / TERS Design for Thomson Line" (the ?Contract?) by the China Railway No.5 Engineering Group Co., Ltd, Singapore Branch (" CR5" ). Tritech Consultants has been engaged by CR5 for the provision of services of requisite professional engineering, expert and technical advice, skills and services in respect of the design of all disciplines including civil and structural, geotechnical, architectural, mechanical and electrical works for Thomson Line ? Contract T209. The Contract is a sub contract to Contract T209 of the Land Transport Authority which covers the design, construction and completion of Lentor Station (LTR) and construction and completion of twin bored tunnels between Lentor Station and contract 210, cut and cover tunnels at the crossover box and associated ancillary works. The Thomson Line is a fully underground MRT system and is approximately 30 km long. There will be 22 stations and the line will connect Woodlands in the north to the Central Business District (CBD) and the Marina Bay area in the south. The duration of the Contract is from 17 March 2014 to 30 April 2016. There is no defects liability period. None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract (other than through their shareholdings in the Company). The Contract is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated earnings per share and/or net tangible assets per share of the Group for the current financial year ending 31 March 2014. 21 March 2014 |

It push up the price to 0.235 in the early morning ... today many must be playing on the other counters like HanKore, LionGold, RH PetroGas, etc. wait till monday again to see if can push up the price, if not wait for more announcements in the coming month of April. |

AWARD OF RMB24.36 MILLION WASTE WATER TREATMENT CONTRACT IN CHINA
The Board of Directors of Tritech Group Limited (" Tritech" or the " Company" ) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Anhui Clean Environment Biotechnology Co. Ltd, had on 28 February 2014, been awarded a RMB24.36 million waste water treatment contract (" Contract" ) by HuaRong Xuehua Brewery (Henan) Co. Ltd (" HuaRong" ).
The Contract is to provide 1) the design of the waste water treatment plant 2) construct the structural work of the waste water treatment plant 3) supply and install the equipment of the waste water treatment plant and 4) adjust and commissioning of the waste water treatment plant with a total capacity of 8000m3/day (the " Project" ).
The Project is located at XueDianZhen Industrial Park, XingZhen City, Henan, China. This is a typical waste water treatment project for brewery industry, which Anhui Clean Environment Biotechnology Co. Ltd has been specialising in for more than 10 years.
The duration of the Contract is 400 days from the signing of the Contact, inclusive of 210 days for design and construction, 90 days for adjustment and commissioning as well as 100 days for maintenance and handover.
None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract (other than through their shareholdings in the Company).
The Contract is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of the Group for the current financial year ending 31 March 2014.
