The chart patterns for Delfi and Food Empire are almost identical as both companies are in the same packaging food industry. Food Empire is about to pierce through the resistance of the Ichimoku Cloud Boundary at 1.08. Likewise, Delfi will follow through and break through the Ichimoku resistance at 1.31 The stock rallies for these 2 share counters have just only started. The rallies for these 2 stock counters will continue for at least the next 2 weeks with intermediate small price corrections. Strong resistance for Delfi is at 1.40 and for Food Empire it is at 1.15. As regard to the FED interest rate decision tonight, it will be a non-event as they are going to maintain an unchanged rate policy.

Most of the technical indicators have started to turn positive, although the price action is still taking place below the Ichimoku Kinko Hyo Cloud. Delfi had a very convincing resistance breakout at the price level of 1.25 which coincidently is the medium term 50 day EMA and it has also broken out of the Parabolic SAR stop at 1.24 yesterday. Indicators like 12/26D MACD, ADX, SMI, KDJ, CCI, CMF and Money Flow have turned positive. The 14 days RSI at 55.1 is biased toward the positive side. The thin wall boundary of the Ichimoku formation which offered very small and limited obstruction is at 1.31. This stock will turn super-bullish if this resistance level is broken.   The real bottom support price for Delfi is at 1.19. It had rebounded 3 times (on 13 Jun, 24 Aug and 8 Sep) once this price level is reached.  Ichimoku      ( Date: 04-Sep-2023 10:51) Posted: Technical chart still look quite weak. Still trading under Ichimoku Kinko Hyo Cloud which is a bearish region. Delfi being : 1) Debt free 2) Able to innovate and improve product mix for sustainability 3) Able to increase its revenue and profitability for last 9 qtrs 4) Ability to generate free cash flow 5) Able to usher higher dividend payout With its undemanding valuation, it's poised for further growth and upside The mkt wl adjust it's share price to its equilibrium.
