x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Wa! This is the latest fashion in SGX now. Coming out with negative reports on the listed companies here. First on Olam, next on Noble, and now small small company like IHC also kenna. Interestingly to know that report on IHC was out on 11 May 2015, but nobody seem to be interested in such detailed report. Trading within 0.28 to 0.285 with similar volume.  May be the report is too long, too chim or ..........???? Too much of it, people get sick of it and may be ignoring it all together. Not vested, anyway.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Hello, We set a sell target of $0 because we believe IHC' s assets are severely inflated and the claims on many of its properties are highly questionable. Read the report to find out more. In addition, the debt burden IHC has taken on has become unsustainable in relation to its weak cash flow. When its growing liabilities exceed the worth of its assets and any meaningful cash flow that can be generated in the foreseeable future, we believe the company does not have any intrinsic value.  At liquidation, IHC' s assets will not fetch enough to pay its debt creditors, and hence equity holders are unlikely to receive compensation. The legal disclaimer is necessary as we cannot legally prohibit our employees from holding positions in the stock. However, we can confirm that Panoptes Consulting itself does not hold any positions in IHC.

" Panoptes Consulting hereby discloses that its clients and we the company, or our officers and directors, employees and relatives, may now have and from time to time have, directly or indirectly, a long or short position in the securities discussed and may sell or buy such securities at any time without prior notice to our clients." 2.   " we believe IHC&rsquo s intrinsic value is far below its current price." 3.    " Target: $0" As you can see,  Panoptes may and obviously hold short positions. No matter how IHC dresses its accounts, they surely have assets and a $0 target is not only impossible, but just a desperate attempt at best, to induce shareholders to dump whatever they can in order for  Panoptes to capitalise on their short gains. Since you believe IHC' s intrinsic value is far below its current price, can I infer that you believe it is still worth something? Then why set a target of $0? (self-exposed shortist, just like Glaucus Research in the CMZ saga)
