If he accepts the low ball offer, quite obviously there must have a secret arrangments and benefits between them. On April 2022, Loke investments Pte Ltd (Interested party of the offerer, Mdm Ng) and Clarence got into a Sale and Purchase for S$1 agreement which was not disclosed nor elaborated to shareholders ( Which they can say no need to disclose ).
