Voume at 1-year high Could be 5-year high too (though actually still low volume by actual quantum see when 10m daily volume comes in) But with volume at 5-year high and the restucturing deals (one completed, 2nd one anytime now) Can expect a similiar NamCheong movement? After the 2 financial restructuring? Same OSV industry as NamCheong NamCheong serve Malaysia while Vallianz serve Middle East But please perform your own DD |

Those interested in number crunching, can do an analysis for Vallianz Company now profitable But for a start, crunch the numbers for the 2 recent financial deals - Perpetual Securities (redeem and settle at huge discount) - Convertible bonds (settle at huge discount too) There are huge gain from the 2 deals (similiar to NamCheong) And the Saudi Rawabi group coming in with cash for the deals With the Perpetual Securities and Convertible Bonds out of the picture, the Net Profit will also increase due to lower interest payable now BTW, same OSV industry as NamCheong (As usual, just sharing only. please perform your own DD) |
