If this reputable dental group can continue to grow its number of dental clinics strategically both locally and overseas, then we are seeing a retail chain effect with promising growth of revenues and earnings, and their share price can only continue in the general trend of increasing over the next few years. Of course, dyodd and monitor their expansion and growth developments to see whether they can succeed smoothly in their overseas growth and expansion. So far their revenues and earnings have been growing steadily over the past 6 years with no signs of slowing down as this dental group expands. There will also be more geographical diversification as they expand to different places overseas having more clinics at different places to provide diversification in their earnings sources. The only minus point is their high PE ratio in the 40 to 50s range. Thus, Mr Market seems to favour this dental stock and trades it at a consistently high PE ratio probably for its resilient healthcare nature of business and expansion growth going forward.

Broke out of a symmetrical triangle on 19/04 to touch 0.73. Retraced for a couple of days, there should be some support at 0.685 at the moment before nearing the uptrend support(obtained from the lower symmetrical triangle). After which, the uptrend may begin, taking down 0.73 and move higher up to 0.79 or beyond. DYODD. The fundamentals are based on their ability to grow in the gloomy economy for the past year as well as the IPO as per other bros mentioned previously |
