The dividend guidance is only 6.50 Cts for FY17. The dividend payout is only twice a year. At a price of 90 Cts, the yield is only 7.22%. If the guidance is missed, the yield will drop further,... I wonder if it is worth to buy at 93 Cts per unit,.... In the most recent reporting, the dpu got bumped up becaseu of an unexpected savings in interest expense which was not planned. The targetted net income as committed in the prospectus was actually MISSED ! Refer again if you guys don' t believe,... |
