x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Price going to suddenly drop according to technical analysis... if you see the bollinger band, todays red candlestick has exited the top bollinger band signaling strong reversal. howvever it depends on todays closing price. if it is above 0.687 then i beleive strong technical drop in price in the next few days, then can accumulate. Unlike many others keep asking for money by rights issue, its 1/3 of net asset are Cash! Comming into the view, are abundent opportunies for construction players: the biggest is the high speed rail from jurong east to KL. LB should be doing fine and tremendously rewarding.

BUT this $13+ million profit is without much of the contribution from JV, purely on it' s recurring income and construction business and the EPS is 2.5 cents per share  for this  quarter. NTA of $1.11 The TOP of mandai foodlink is  delayed from Oct 2016 to Jan 2017 and another industrial development Hexacube TOP soon. Next 3 quarters profit will see a spike. dividend of 2 cents just received today. Not for short term investor. U need to wait for another 3 quarters and receive dividend while waiting. As usual, someone will come and bad mouth Lian Beng saying it will drop to 20 cents.. I still waiting for it to reach 20 cents as predicted by that someone

I seriously think Lian Beng has huge potential especially there are 2 industrial properties TOPing with the next half a year. I am  sincere and genuine. And  I never say things like " Lian Beng will huat to $1, buy buy buy" etc... I just offering my humble views and I also admitted i aint no financial expert. But MANY ppl like dun like what I say and keep attacking me. Some even use their " financial expertise" to attack me. So even resort to personal attack ,calling me a clown , joker etc.. Strange... If lian beng is that bad, the share price would have already dropped to 20+ cents as what those ppl who attacked me suggested. I just Google Hexacube and saw the TOP put as June 2017, actual completion may be earlier than that.  It is located in Singapore, just take a MRT ride to Paya Lebar and you can easily find out when will be the actual completion date. TOP  depends on  the  progress and pace of construction. Lian Beng has been one of the best in  completing their project FAST.   hexacube 2019 TOP is the one stated during the launch (if ur info is true from KSH report). A simple google will yield u the latest TOP from the ground   which is 2016 where the % of completion of construction will be a more accurate gauge. It shows u not doing a good job as  U  only rely on ONE SINGLE source for your information or perhaps U just cherry pick the latest TOP  date of 2019 just to prove I am wrong. So what is that u are not happy with me? So u think u are more expert than me so u take every opportunity to attack me? Or the share price of Lian Beng did not crash was what you implied so u not happy with me? U want to see lianbeng crash so that you are proven correct and laugh at me? And worse, u making use of Brother win words to sow discord between bro win and I, not knowing Bro win has been my good pal for a long time. Bro win is buying Lian Beng at 40-43 cents and u distort until u say bro win is saying bad things about Lian Beng?
