This counter has a lot of room for potential growth. Alibaba and Temasek holdings are the major shareholders, this says a lot. I' m pretty sure Alibaba have a good reason to buy SingPost shares, definitely not for fun. Coinciding with Singapore Post Limited (SGX:S08) plans to seek acquisitions. The company had said in its EGM circular that it plans to spend three-quarters of the roughly $183.6 million net proceeds from the placement of its e-commerce logistics business, including investments, acquisitions and upgrading its operations and technology. +News of increased eCommerce logistics collaboration with Alibaba Group Holding Limited. SingPost is likely to benefit from the huge expansion of Alibaba' s foray into America.
