x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Lian Beng haven' t flashed it' s ace yet. Good news coming in the next 2-4 mths. IF market is still bullish, any good news will lure BBs in to push the price up and up. During bearish market, any good news will be flashed to the toilet bowl. So if market remains bullish for the next 3-4 mths and co-incides with the good news coming, then Lian Beng has the potential to chiong to 70+ cents. If market turns bearish, then the good news will only help Lian Beng to maintain it' s share price at around 49-55 cents, in this case, dividend is the next best thing to look forward to. So hope the market remains as it is.

Then the Prudential Tower deal will also push the NAV up above $1.20 The share  price has to catch with the NTA.. 60 cents will be breached within the next 2 mths and then when results is out, 70 cents will be reached if market condition does not turn bearish.
