Historically they price rights very cheaply so I don't really mind - very good way to accumulate cheaply. Then sell on the market for profits.

Another one - also ask them what they intend to do with the China Fuzhou and Bintan land they bought from related parties as I recall? Can these be sold and the money used to repay debts? | ||

Please also ask them how they intend to reward minority shareholders Patience and faith in increasing dividends eg to 40%-60% of profits and a minimum amount or with special dividends during good years and when Robinson Towers is completed. The pathetic share price is a direct function of the markets' lack of faith in minorities being rewarded. Most companies either target share price growth or increase in dividends to reward shareholders or a more aggressive share buyback policy and implementation. This one? Pitiful dividends and a shocking discount of 60% of share price to NAV.
