Brook Crompton announce :As a result of the above, profit before income tax increase by 60.7% to S$4.1 million and EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) increase to S$4.5 million in 2023 from S$2.9 million in 2022. The increase in profit before tax and EBITDA mainly due to increase in sales contribution and reduction of operating costs during the financial period. | ||||

This is a very peculiar stock. Price is trading at only half of nav, yet , the SSHs plus behind the scene owners do not want the price to go up too high. Every time it goes beyond 0.80, it will bring it down. I think they don' t want to attract attention and discourage some other BBS to buy substantial. Two years ago it went as high as 0.99. | ||||

Brook Crompton 2019 Nine minths Profit before income tax is 4.697 M ,estimate whole year will be 6 M. Total no of share :35.46 M. So dividends can be up to more than 10 cents??? 35.46M X $0.15 =5.32M (profit 6 M) . Dream???

definitely a value buy for a PE of 4.9 and Price/ Book of 0.8, this is super high undervalued in the Electric Motor industry ,, this industry is going to grow to 130 Billion US dollars by 2022. good depth of markets in US/Europe/UK and Asia pacific this small cap will definitely show some dominance over a period. Downtrend from 20 dollars to less than a dollar, ,, with the 1:20 split long term investors have earned passive income through dividends and then the bonus shares in May 2015.. Earnings are going up , ROE is 14 to 17% for the last 3 years and at Peak in 2013 it was having ROE of 80%... price will definitely saturate with the offloading of bonus shares at current market price ... comparing to industrial PE a 100% gains definitely can be seen in 1-2 years of holding. short term to medium term can see 1 to 1.2 dollars price range in the next 6 months. Debt is neglible peanuts at less than 1.7 million dollars, debt to equity is just shy below 6%... Long term definitely a dominant force with exponential growth expected .. GOod owners holdings almost 60-70% held by parent austria group and few high networth individuals. New management should capitalise on the growth opprotunities for Sales of electric motors in the Oil and Gas and HVAC space. Good to go long if possible for higher targets as it can even see 2 dollars or more once its value is unlocked and exploited by mutual funds, and investment banks.

this performing company just more than doubled within 2 months.. from 30 cents to now 69 cents... It has resistance of 74 cents on weekly charts.. waiting to see that target will it come. |
