There are alot of worst slanders in SJ forums and the threads are still around.. Some examples are so explicits about cheating and so forth by certain people but no action from admin. Name callings are also quite prevalent. Yes, this Thomson Medical and TCM should be his best assets, by injecting them into Rowsley maybe his way of leaving a legacy behind and at the meanwhile enrich himself too. With this deal he will major shareholder whenever suit his fancy he can easily take it private. Is there no banks willing to finance this corporate exercise or simply because of any other reasons. Thomson medical is this the one privatised years back? Isnt health care sector with much more prospect in future, kept it private should be more beneficial to himself. Just assuming he does not have something big in his mind, why would he put his private healthcare company into a loss making company and only receiving Shares in return and it's Rowsley shares!! Or after all money is nothing to him and he just want to create something big and make his name again? Funny.. Anyone can enlighten?

Yes, it was pumped to 18.4c then punchet down from there. Just to show there are people willing to sell into strength plus those bought on contra taking profit or shortist at work at higher levels. Cannot chase, my 2 cents
