I agree to you that the 4 cents to a dollar is good compare to CPF interest, I was like you 2 years back, but the capital fall of 50 cents to me is meaningless when you look back at that miserable dividend, and on top of the slow growth and no potential catalyst. I want to exit, just probably at a higher price later IF there is a chance.  anyway, if thats the case, you should even consider a REIT, like mapletree industrial or so, if theres another correction due to interest rate hike or geo poltiical tension :
