Whose companies with alot of debts, will suffer becos of rising interest rate.. while those cash rich will flourish becos their cash is earning more interest. Hock Lian Seng net cash vs Lian Beng with alot of debt, Hock Lian Seng will be a safer bet. |

It seems the rising interest rate was the one of concerns in the US market last two days crash, will Reits be the next " casualty" by big sell off soon. Caveat & DYODD. |
