this counter was under the name of LongCheer previously, then the company started to make $, the management proposed a buy out of the profitable division and left with the " sleeping" property investment arm..... not too sure what exactly the latest deal about, but is definitely funny that the share price shot up so much before the deal was announced |

This seems like a fishy counter.. hoard so much cash but dont give dividends.. then this acquisition seems dubious and dunno what pg automotive is doing |
