Dividend wise there are much higher dividend yield stocks out there. Terminal5      ( Date: 18-Dec-2019 08:24) Posted: IPO at $1.00 many moons back, this stock has journeyed up and down over the years. It went under the water of IPO price for a period of time. When business recovered and all rooms at its flagship in Bugis were fully opened, it peaked at $3.00+. It split 1 to 3 to make it  more affordable for the ordinary investors. At $1.00 today, it is still a $3.00 stock, taking 1 to 3 split into  account. Many are still in the money if bought  and  unsold at IPO. Are the two new hospitals in China (bleeding now) going through the same track when Raffles at Bugis first  started  in SG?  If so, the time will come when they will start rolling in the $$$. China is a big market, with plenty of patients, and more will need specialists care and hospital beds  when they age. i am bullish about its future, but it is for the long-term, perhaps 3-5 years or so.
