Everytime they request for trading halt, they take the full three days to announce bad news. What is the point actually? Doesnt SGX query why they keep doing this? | ||

This is an extremely dodgy company. Have not reported their financial results since Sept 2022. Subsidiaries don't communicate effectively with their managment. They terminate agreement with supplier only inform shareholders 3 months later. Default on payment. Till now haven't renew the mining license. Eveytime get queried they claim they are signing new agreement with suppliers. Still have not resumed their mining activities or fufiled their obligations and so no revenue coming in. Borrow money never pay back and recently sponsor also run away and by next month no more sponsor.
Still got private investor willing to pump in 2.25 mil as well as placement deals on the side. Non stop string of bad news. Either they trying to suppress the share price to try and undercut the minority shareholders or they are the worse run company. It's amazing how SGX still allows such company to remain trading. |

Few years back once of the dark horse crossing over 20 cents. Everyone cheering for it to move up higher but so disappointed ....now few hundred k also cannot pay back

AGM and report till now keep postponing. Sponsor terminated themselves but before people can throw the share they called for trading halt. Mark of a terrible management. Major red flag. Should be invesitgated. | ||
