small investors can ignore the buy sell q as we do not know real or fake.
buy in many small small lots to average out over time.
the smaller the better, small as not enough meat for the big traders.
the longer time the better., as high cost for the buy traders.

i think worth > 1.3 eventually mid long term.
the virus scare is creating opportunity by
forcing the bigger share holders/traders to sell first buy back later. small shareholders who try to trade very short term is just gambling. most likely loose.
any time the virus situations can reverse as number of days of those first confirmed infected is passing the 14 days mark.
really what does virus got to do with this ship builder?
except for some investment portion. but for them it may be up or down. not necessary negative.
some said o the delay of return of workers are affecting the manufacturer capacity.
but really when needed they can always ram up later.
i am holding my shares and added more at the better price.
small share holders can win big holders/traders by time. because time is a cost to them
if they short more then 1 month, their cost will be more.
