UOB KH Yangzijiang Shipbuilding (Holdings) (YZJSGD SP) &bull Shipping business continues to perform well. YZJ&rsquo s fleet of 26 vessels generated a solid 40% gross margin in 2021 on the back of a 32% yoy increase in revenue. Management expects this segment to continue to perform strongly in 1H22 and highlighted that with an average age of eight years, it is a young fleet. &bull New order wins. According to industry sources, YZJ may be in line to win new orders for LNG or dual-fuelled neo-Panamaxes (12,000-14,000TEU containerships), 64,000dwt bulk carriers and possibly LNG carriers. |

As a result, YZJ should be able to hit or even exceed its target of delivering 60 vessels this year. Trading at 2022F PE of 5.4x and yielding 4.7%, YZJ is a compelling and defensive stock. It is what the daily COVID showing, cases surging and high chance we back to where we are in Jan. Good time to collect cheap cheap stock and profit when COVID cases eased off. July very very bad month getting hit double whammy by COVID and fed hike market selling. By the way time to eat less outside as more COVID cases pop and people don care and spread it. |

What evil lol just a notice don go in market now, sg COVID case surging we might be back to tightening phrase next week. Just now today got 9000 cases, if don improve next Tue we get close to 20k. Dining might go back to 2, capacity back to 50%. COVID number had bigger impact on STI than Dow Jones. Don con people to support Ur portfolio lol. |

Don matter much, sg COVID cases 11k yesterday. If it break 20k next week it back to tighten phrase, STI get whacked and stocks would be sold down indiscriminately. Prepared for next wave and more COVID budget would be revealed for low income. COVID would last for a few more years till humans become more tolerant of it. No lockdown expected unless u start to see hundred of death daily. |

As long china still on zero COVID policy, don go long on yzj trade on big dip and earn on technical rebound. The next dip down would come in July when horrible economy data plus persistent high inflation force central bank to go for even higher rate hike.
July always very horrible month for stocks when fund managers dump in dove and short selling rush in. |
