PROFIT GUIDANCE FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2022 The board of directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of Eindec Corporation Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo , and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) wishes to announce that, following a preliminary review of the Group&rsquo s unaudited consolidated financial results for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 (&ldquo FY2022&rdquo ), the Group expects to report a net profit for FY2022 (as compared to a net loss for the previous financial year ended 31 December 2021 (&ldquo FY2021&rdquo )) due to a general improvement in business performance. As announced by the Company on 3 January 2022, the Group achieved a record order book of more than S$15 million at the end of FY2021, and the bulk of which is expected to be recognised as revenue in FY2022. In FY2022, as the Group progressed to fulfill its order book and recognised them as revenue, all three core business segments of the Group (namely (i) Cleanroom Equipment (ii) Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning and (iii) Air Purification Integrated Solutions) reported an increase in revenue. The Group is in the process of finalising its unaudited consolidated financial results for FY2022. Further details of the Group&rsquo s financial performance for FY2022 will be disclosed when the Company announces the Group&rsquo s unaudited consolidated financial results for FY2022 on or before 1 March 2023. Shareholders of the Company and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the Company and are advised to read this announcement and any further announcements by the Company carefully.
