Prior to the announcements of the rights issue, sembcorp marine was trading at about 0.50 a piece.. Everything else constant, the rights issue of 5 for every 1 share held, means 5x more shares in the market.. So..do you think .167 is expensive or cheap now?

sgx web site information says that there are 3.26b shares issue and normalised diluted eps-0.04 wonder how correct is the information? the date display is 11 sep 2020 which is today. |

100millions net profit/12 billions float X15pe is 0.125. Well they deem smm can't even make a cent. So they Dare Dare value it down |

Long term Temasek needs to merge Keppel O&M division with SCM if the macro environment remains like this. Privatisation May happen eventually. It is a Long haul corporate board game. Play within means.
