In 2013, about 40% decline is the worst to about 9500 IDR vs 1 SGD. From that year, FR had distributed highest dividend of 8 cents++ which could put the master lessee in difficult financial situation which triggered MLA restructuring. Presently, IDR issue is not a really issue, mostly ranging from 10,000 to 11,000 vs 1 SGD for many years with rarely 9500. |

Depends on how long you want to hold this stock. This is my third time into FR. I got it during IPO and sold when it reach 80cts. Went in again in 2011 at 0.7 and sold 2019 at 0.98. IDR devalue by half if I am not mistaken during this period. |

Big mouth about IDR issue did not make sense to me. For the past 3 years from 2018 to 2021, IDR vs SGD fluctuate not much by less than 5% per year. It has not been material impact on the FR' s bottomline including FR' s distribution in SGD as converted from IDR. Anyone neither answer nor predict when will be IDR issue. Even any hindsight can be proven wrong. |

Your new thread is more nice than " disrupting update" Just got short positions data of all SG stocks. FR has 6,604,253 short positions (shares) as of closing 30 April 2021 (last Friday). Separate from daily sell short data including naked shorts or covered shares. |
