1. Leverage on CSF (Fund Investment Company) with deep experience in tech & security, including their broad networks to procure investments that are expressed by investors after 15 Sep. Any current expression of investments before 15 Sep are still under Shen Yao perogative.
2. Investors are only allowed to convert their investments to New Shares after 37 months and require to pay a premium of 20% of the 5 days trading prices.
3. Tranches of investment from the range of 50 million to 80 million either from individuals or companies
4. This allow Shen Yao to have more proceeds to acquire more businesses that are not limited to energy or oil related businesses to enhance the shareholders valves.
5. CSF will evaluate the proposals to be submitted by more than 10 big players/investors at the closing date of submission of bids on 18 Sep. While Shen Yao still can consider the 60 million loan that was proposed before 15 Sep to expand their old exploration business.
5. Shen Yao has more businesses viable options now by signing MOU with CSF to tap on their expertise as investment House.

 THIS TIME REALLY HUAT LIAO ONLY THE PLAYERS/INVESTORS WITH STRONG FINANCIAL MUSCLES & DO THEIR DUE DILIGENT TO VISIT THE SITE WITH DETAILED ASSESSMENTS WILL SUBMIT THEIR BIDS AS THEY KNEW THE POTENTIAL OF SHEN YAO IN THE LONG TERM. They will suspend untill Financial report out , debt settlement and selling process complete. 2 to 3 months have to wait . In SGX most of the pennies no lifting of suspension and gone case . This one atleast something better than others because of some one willing to loan 60million and 90 people in Q to buy gold mine.

Dream on... on one hand, SY says they have received impressive counts of interest for its Ballarat mines, which is supposed to mean they will have cash flow thereafter.... but yet they still need other loan??? Very contradicting.... move on
