Chances of delisting is almost at a 100% certainty... sklong138      ( Date: 17-Jul-2024 09:26) Posted: sklong138      ( Date: 13-Jun-2024 03:06) Posted: Shen Yao Holdings Limited received a lawsuit on June 10, 2024, from Golden Point Group Pty Ltd (in liquidation) in the High Court of Singapore.   The lawsuit alleges that several former directors of Golden Point, including current and former directors of Shen Yao, breached their fiduciary duties by causing Golden Point to make payments to Shen Yao and enter into a management service agreement resulting in excessive management fee payments.   The claims total A$58,456,851, excluding interest and costs.   Golden Point was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shen Yao incorporated in Australia and operated a goldmine in Victoria, Australia.     The Claimant (Golden Point), a subsidiary of the Company, owned and operated a goldmine in Victoria, Australia.   On November 28, 2023, the Claimant (Golden Point' s creditors resolved to voluntarily wind up the company (Golden Point) and appointed administrators and liquidators.   The Company (Shen Yao), in consultation with its solicitors, will assess the Claims' basis, merits, and amount and take appropriate action accordingly.     Based on the report, it appears that the money is transferred from left pocket (Golden Point) to right pocket (Shen Yao). Now Golden Point is asking for their money back from Shen Yao

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Thanks for your chart. We use this to find the present price of gold in order to sell. It is accurate for the latest prices. My only complaint about it is the performance portion quoted below for 1 day, 30 days etc. semms to be always green. It gives the false impression that gold is always bullish. A chart for 50 years might be useful to show some price history of how long gold can stagnate vis a vis how fast it can also rise and fall.
