At the current share price of HK$10.92, it is equivalent to 9.6 Singapore cents per share!  Of course, for those who need to receive in cash, the exact conversion will only be announced later. Anyway, another huat dividend I believe!

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Just open the sgx website and keep figuring the final amount. It is a super good dividend. Best returns stock that many brokerages fail to cover. 25% returns for half year.... Hope those that bought the last 1 month should be very happy.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	AGM nothing much asked. Richard Li too busy to attend online, maybe still sleeping, last night gone partying since HK just open up..hahaha... Some key points 1)Company is asset is greater than its liabilities, just valuation is set lower(for PCCW).  2)Whether the high dividends are substainable. Standard dividends should be no problems. Special dividends subjected to changes and is dependent on company' s performance.    3)They sold FWD perpertual bonds with profit(if not wrong is 14million, but not sure USD or HKD or SGD).

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I hope Richard Li will grant our hearts' desire - give us the final FY dividends and declare it' s time for PCRD to fold up in SGX and pay us 50% premium vs the last share price!  I am watching this closely as well as Hong Fok.  Both could be privatised at about the same time??? x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	After four years of a massive dividend payout (in which Richard Li should personally be awarded more than S$1 billion in dividends), it may be a good time to consider letting the champion goose be laid to rest.  Continuing to pay such high dividends, far exceeding its earnings, is not sustainable for much longer.  Its NTA has been reducing for the past few years, althu I personally quite like it (Now, it' s like Singtel when it was at its prime and currently PCCW and HKT are well managed. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	x 0   Alert Admin   Pacific Century only 1 person to make decisions and already own 89.9x%, just a matter of time. They already try to privatise before, so higher chance. I got more confidence in here. I don' t want to speculate who first.  But you can see, Pacific Century pays one of the best dividends in the last 3 to 5 yrs. Returns of 15% to 20%, even don' t privatise, shareholders also happy. If privatised, just like killing the golden goose.
