somehow there are some people sneakily keep buy up the shares. lolx when people take notice of the counter, suddenly short selling come to pressure the price down and thereafter the buying spree continues. Maybe accumulation till 90% then announce then no need to pay so much. DYODD.

Possible Scenario :
Cheomg Family take it private, then "distribute assets among family members ....."
AND OR cash out 1 or 2 property assets after privatization as with current inflation , can fetch super good prices ....e.g. Ang Mo Kio Corner Shop Unit sold for more than $8 mil.... still want to but at $1 mil ? That was 1990s prices LOL

Like how EMA "tightening rules" for electricity suppliers to protect consumers recently, SGX will also do so to improve their rules & regulations to protect retail investors, minority shareholders aka the mass public aka voters too.

If all buy investors Up.....the company will need to buy up at much higher prices later... The current price is too attractive...if company still takes a slow approach, then we should catch the golden time to buy first....let the company privatise at much higher prices later !!! Go Go Go!!! |

BBS may regret if they dilly dally taking their own sweet time , delay n delay COS HEARSAY SGX "RESTRUCTURING MANY RULES & REGULATIONS " (TIGHTENING MANY RULES). Much better for BBS to Privatize before "new rules & regulations" from SGX if SGX...... DYODD | ||||

Deja vu again. The last time i ran at 1.01.then it blakan to .94??. this round seems to be the same again.. HF has been in the MKT very long time ... my old neighbour told me he has lots of HF shares but he already up sky le... many many wu liao stocks here either taken over or privatised. no more word to say. |
