Many financial institutions will be affected. $90b debt owe to financial institutions.
Even though YZJFH dont hv exposure to evergrande debt but sub and sub-sub contractor does. Short will big win. |

The longer the Investment Fund stay in China, the greater the Currency Translation Loss and greater risk of profit getting Totally Wiped Out! RMB will continue to depreciate against SGD & USD in the foreseeable 3 - 6 months. 🙂 | ||||

Also probably they are in blackout ahead of 1H earnings release so cant do anymore buybacks. Looking forward to their guidance and update on the conversion of DI and recoverability of those provisions. Hopefully the slightly more upbeat sentiment towards China RE will also have the spillover effect to this but ultimately, it depends on their ability to recover their DI / ongoing payments by debtors. All the best to those vested.

SBB tan ku ku lah, they may be all in one group. This stock a little bit like ABL, but this one is chronic kill the retailers, too fast kill the retailers will spoil his reputation. Do not know those are using their CPF to invest in this stock, how they are now?

YZJSH is back to $1.52 range, and if normal service resumes vigorously, it may spell bad for its poor cousin ...... this is how the game is played, the gooder that YZJSH is, the worst will be for its poor cousin.... because the perceived standard is set so high for FH that the results has to spectacular good for it to break its albatross neck........ even if the results is good, if it is not good enough for the market, it would be bad..... even if the results is good, but if it is below analysts expectations, it will still be bad...... and if it is bad?it would be very worse...... I' m afraid that if 033 is broken, it may bypass 0325 and go straight to 032....... but the good thing is if that happens, it maybe just one or two points from a trigger bull buy up....... of course xiao nan will still be iron teeth, and said never mind...... and keeps deceiving gongkias to keep, or keep buying, like from 038/039 to 0345, when I politely suggested switching when YZJSH was 117....... and of course there' s the silent killing opportunity costs ...... imagine, uncles and aunties have been running around hunting for the best FD rates, and here you have people saying, never mind, keep sitting tight, hang on, etc......really pity those lambs. dyoddd.... | ||||

Nothing to worry. For long term holders. Usually before result out, mm will attempt to shake out weak holders. But as you can see they have not been really successful this time. Nobody is selling. Only they ownself sell ownself to create fear. | ||||

total number is shares issue is 3950589220 up to yesterday management has bought back 300611100 total money paid $113544621.97 if share buy back hit limit of 10% of issue shares. think there will be very little shares left for shorts to cover. and if management really want to support price they can start to cancel shares that is bought back after hiting limit to keep to10% limit of issue shares. my opinion is that this shares is in collection phase by people who see the value and has stamina to hold. if dual list in china exchanges the share price will explode up with the more gaming instint there. any talk talk from manement or just hoping? |

All these everybody know lah! The question is what happen after that? Will they cancel the shares, use for aquisition/JV or come out with Employee Share Option Scheme? I don' t expect the Owner to buy.

The total number of treasury shares held by the company is capped at 10% of the total number of ordinary shares issued. Any excess treasury shares (i.e. more than 10% of the total number of ordinary shares) must be cancelled or disposed of within 6 months. And the counting if 6 months start from the time when 10% is exceed. So at least anither 67 millions SBB before counter will start. Based on company actions, it is obvious they are protecting the price at 33.5c. the company definitely know more than everyone of us know. So please have trust with the company if you are a shareholder. | ||||

Just google it. Section 76C of the Companies Act. Unless a lower limit is prescribed under the issuer's law of incorporation, such share buy-back shall not exceed 10 per cent of the total number of issued shares excluding treasury shares and subsidiary holdings in each class as at the date of the resolution passed by shareholders for the share buy-back. | ||||
