It is anyone' s guess as it is likely not to be disclosed publicly anywhere. Most mutual fund managers would only disclose their top 10 holdings within a fund, for example.  We presume that YZJFH does not fall within the investment strategy or theme of the fund as it was probably seeking exposure to a pure shipbuilding play since their initial investment in YZJSB. YZJFH likely falls out of their investment mandate/style and would hence entail a full liquidation of their entire YZJFH position. It makes sense that an asset manager (T Rowe) would not want to invest in YZJFH which is an Investment Management/Fund Management/Wealth Management Business. It would almost be like investing in a company that does the same thing you do.  However, given an average 30-daily trading volume of 32,284,780 shares per day, wouldn' t T Rowe have been able to exit much quicker? As a fund, they wouldn' t want YZJFH to be on the books for this long... Appears that their Execution/Dealer team was really caught off guard by the continuous drop in price as they sought best execution. Still feel its a bit too long to exit a counter with such high volumes traded each day. 3-4 months to exit a position? Shouldn' t they have approached Ren or Toe and discussed a better way to exit? Recall during the Lim & Tan webinar that Toe had not been in contact with T Rowe. This complete fall in share price is really a unique one.  Vested, av. price 0.4021. Averaged down on many occasions. Burnt to oblivion but continue to believe in Toe particularly, along with their high-powered Board. TP, $0.64 (0.6x P/B). Time horizon, end-Feb 2024 (FY2023 results announcement). Will use leverage to amplify upside potential.

Just when we thought, it is about to go up, it will drop further and deeper. I believe we have seen it since launched. This type of behaviour is very typical when it comes to selling down. Say company queue buy big qty at 35-36 that are good enough to put off short sellers. Together with contra buy, short sellers can go crazy this time. Hope the Long term investors win this time round.
