Even if coal price has dropped and earning may be much less, yet every cent earned as net profit goes towards its coffers without having to pay debt it is free money. At the end of the day, I think investors have to ask the mangement what is happening, they are the people who know. If it is due to shortists/bbs who are suppressing the price, then it is a simple matter of burning their asses by  massive share buyback, which the company is easily able to do. Yet the company is not forthcoming with any news are they brewing/plotting something which could be good or bad for small investors.
